Advanced Universal laboratory mixer
The cooperation with our customers has led to the creation of a laboratory mixer vertical auger-type liquid component injection system.
The mixer of this type can be used as a driving technology and for the production of low volume products.
Vertical screw type mixer is a vessel in the form of a cone and a cylindrical upper portion. Top cone laboratory mixer fitted with a sealed removable cover which is installed the drive of the mixing device with a gland assembly for sealing a rotating shaft. The agitator consists of auger blades and symmetrically arranged perpendicularly to the shaft axis. The blades are fixed at an angle due to which there is an intensive product movement. The cover two flat jet nozzle mounted at an angle of 90 degrees torch disclosure. Each nozzle is designed for liquid flow 0.45l / min. at a pressure of 2 atm. Spray the components arrive to the nozzles through the tubes from the supply tank, equipped with a solenoid valve at the expense "by displacement" compressed air.
The basic material used for the manufacture of the mixer is a stainless steel AISI 304 (08H18N10). Upon request, the manufacture of the mixer can be used carbon steel (St3, St20, etc.) or other grades of stainless steels.

Management is made on the basis of industrial logic controller (PLC) and an interactive touch panel. For the rotational speed of the mixing device meets the inverter with both manual and automatic change of speed of rotation during the mixing process.
Operation vertical screw mixer
The operator, using the operator panel and the inverter board sets:
• Time to "injection" - sets the time after which the cycle will start after the first "injection" of liquid components.

• "Injection" Time - Allows you to adjust the amount of dispensed liquid component over time.
• Pause - this time interval, which will be held between the two "injections".
• End Time - sets the overall cycle time required for the production of the product technology.

When using the mixer, the inverter smoothly, without jerks, the agitator spins and also gradually makes his arrest. This avoids damage to the mixer or the drive and extend component life.
For air supply in the storage container meets with 24V solenoid valve coil.
The algorithm above is not unique and can be customized for a particular customer technology individually. You can use both single and multiple algorithms for the maximum possible functional extensions.
