Application area.
     Kettles are widely used in food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and many other industries. In the food industry digesters are used mainly in meat processing plants, in catering to the canneries, etc.

The basic design.
     The design consists of a digester vessel with the cover mounted on the frame or support. The multi-layer thermally insulated container digester is made of stainless steel and equipped with a heating jacket. By the method of heating cookers are subdivided into steam (heating medium steam) and electrical (coolant water, glycerol), in the latter case, the heating is carried out by means of heaters.
